After spending his youth career at Orpington and Dartford, Ebou Adams made his debut for the Dartford senior team on April 26, 2014, in a 3-1 loss to Nuneaton Town. Born in Greenwich, England on January 15, 1996, Ebou Adams is a midfielder who played for the likes of Walton Casuals (loan), Norwich City, Braintree Town (loan), Shrewsbury Town (loan), Leyton Orient (loan), and Ebbsfleet Town as well before joining Forest Green Rovers.
He signed a two-year deal with the Green Army on June 18, 2019, making his debut with the club on August 10, 2019, in a 1-1 draw with Walsall. The footballer of Gambian descent debuted for the Gambia national team against Morocco B in November 2017.
His primary position is central midfield, but he is often used as a defensive midfielder. Ebou Adams has dual citizenship (England/Gambia), and he wears the number 14 shirt at Forest Green.
